Joseph Formella

Joseph Formella joined Manatee River Realty in 2009 as a sales agent and Realtor specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Joe has extensive knowledge of the commercial market, having worked for over 30 years as a general contractor. Joe is LEED certified in Green Building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions and is a designated Butler Building in Manatee County. He serves on the Construction Advisory Board for Everglades University in Sarasota and is a past-president of the Sarasota Rotary club. Joe has a wealth of experience, is result-oriented and focuses on high-quality customer service and satisfaction.

Melinda Alvarez

Melinda Alvarez has been a licensed sales agent and Realtor since 2003 and joined Manatee River Realty in 2010. She specializes in residential real estate sales in Manatee County and holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.
